I was extremely disappointed with their service, which ended up with my package being returned to sender, despite me contacting Exapaq several times. Over a two week period were Exapaq was sitting on the package, they never once contacted me to resolve the problems they had in delivering the parcel. My address is non-complicated and I receive deliveries on a weekly basis from different couriers. Hopefully I will never have to rely on them again!
