This is a stunning public investment of Mérida that recently opened in 2023. In its current state, there are some zones that are taped up, but it's still a must visit. There are various paths with the longest totally to about 10km or more. There are plenty of gymnasiums for children and adults, a lake, amphitheater, food court, restrooms, and more. Bathrooms cost a few pesos. The park is lined with old tracks and train cars from the pre-park days. Night time is the best time to stroll because it's the coolest.
