I was looking at all the cheese stores in town and this is the only one I found that had it. It's called Trappe d'echourhnac, and it's a beautiful cow cheese soaked in walnut liquor and it's made by nuns. Very mild and yummy. But this store also has fantastic Camembert and other great looking pungent French cheeses. Merci merci!
