Both the meats and cheeses were cut to order, carefully and thoughtfully. The quality of their offerings was through the roof. Tip - apparently they'll do a bike delivery for you. I was looking at all the cheese stores in town and this is the only one I found that had it. It's called Trappe d'echourhnac, and it's a beautiful cow cheese soaked in walnut liquor and it's made by nuns. Very mild and yummy.
