Came in tonight to eat and we found the brasserie very nice, modern and Classic at the same time, nice menu in two languages. Food was OK, carpaccio was good, sea bass was fine, but steak was not good, too much gristle, no flavor with the wrong sauce ordered, could have been change but the waitress never came back or ask us how was the food.
What appeared to be the manager and the chef ( gentleman and a lady dressed casual behind the bar ) walk several time by or table but never stop and ask about our experience, as well as the rest of the team ( no teamwork ). Waited 15 minutes after our plates were finish to be pick up, then I had to go ask for the check. Nobody ask us for more drinks or refill my beer, or soft drink for my son. I went eat in a small pizza joint 2 nights ago ( bip bip pizza ) with a better customer service and food. i was very disappointed.
