French bistro and wine bar located in the lower floor of Punto Central complex…read more The place offers a small yet interesting menu specialized in french cuisine, although there are some pastas and risottos available too. We ordered a roasted beet salad to start with: it was overall good and original, although I might try something different next time. For a main course, we ordered the grilled corn risotto and the honey glazed salmon: both were exquisite. I had the risotto and was surprised by the originality of the ingredients, mixing roasted corn was something out of the ordinary and that resulted very tasty. The salmon tasted similar to what the US calles a "miso glazed", less original but still delightful. For dessert, we had a warm chocolate cake (similar to a lava cake). Here we were a little disappointed. The cake was overcooked and there was no lava inside it, however the caramel ice-cream that went with it was delicious and they serve top quality coffee, which made it up for the underwhelming cake. Overall, the place is small, tables are very close together so there is little privacy, there seem to be no smoke extractors so the place got all foggy inside, yet the ceiling is high so the noise level was always decent. I would qualify this restaurant as a 4-star cuisine in a 3-star venue. Overall, our experience was clouded by the lack of a proper venue, however I think that a 4 star rating would better describe what this restaurant has to offer. I must say they also have a pretty good wine selection for such a small place. Cheers!

I had, as per Armando's suggestion, a half Grand Cru salad, best in its class, followed by a Duck ravioli, outstanding. These dishes were paired with a right bank Bordeaux. Arando treated us with a Muscatel that went along perfectly with out selection of dessert cheeses. A must visit to step out of traditional and boring. Will not be disappointed. Great date place!

I enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the crowd enjoying their lunch. Service was fabulous. This place gets major points for an English menu!!!! Yes!!!!! We started with the Tuna Saku Toast. Very flavorful and fresh Tuna, excellent!!!! I enjoyed their new garlic cream soup. Great flavor with a slice of bacon added for flavor. Very happy with this soup. I typically order the French Onion, my guest ordered and he loved it. Check out both my pics! For my main course, I went with Octopus. Cooked perfectly with great flavor and texture. I posted pic. I was not a fan of the beet cous cous, I don't like beets - at least I think they were beets, just not my thing. Overall, I would love to go back and try their breakfast or come back at dinner, they have a very nice outdoor seating area that has live music on specific nights of the week.

Annoying (to me) screens blasting too-bright images of French art and restaurant offerings. That said, pleasant enough; nice wait person; clean. Sort of like a moderately more upscale Au Bon Pain/Panera in the States.
