Totally unauthentic Americanized Chinese cuisine the kind they used to serve in the US back in the day.
Steamed dumplings all stuck together and served with Hoisin sauce, the so-called Vietnamese salad is basically just coleslaw with a sort of thousand Island dressing, the spicy porc bits were tough as leather and not very spicy and finally the curry squid wasn't bad but asking for spicy resulted in the chef pouring too much curry powder in the mix so not spicy but grainy and we couldn't taste the quid.
As to all those positive reviews, well the French are experts at THEIR cuisine but mostly clueless about ethnic cuisine especially in the provinces. read more
