A sure bet in town for local favorites dishes most of them based on outstanding cheeses. The a la carte choices are really nice: fondues, raclettes....and for the best sampling at a rather decent price you can choose the "menu montagnard" for 22 euros that let you enjoy local dishes: "oreilles d'ane", lamb, genepi soufflé. The service is friendly and as per the tradition a shot of genepi is offered at the end of your meal. Seriously a great place to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking in the area.
