I literally travelled Italy for three weeks and nothing came close to the incredible cuisine here. Try the pizza, try the pasta, whatever you do, try something. They take reservations and even if you don't have one, you can try to get on a waiting list. It's well worth it. Another tip is to come for lunch. For dessert, order the cafe gourmand, which is coffee and a few miniature desserts curated by the chef. You can also sit at the chef's table and watch everyone cook!
Fun fact, this restaurant is named after St. Roch (Rocco, in Italian), Montpellier's patron saint. He has a very interesting story, definitely look him up if you're in town.
