Cute place. Check-in was a little bit confusing. We arrived at the time agreed upon in advance, but the door was locked. We had to stand out in the pouring rain for a few minutes, because the owner was not there at the time. Eventually, her daughter let us in. After check-in, everything went smoothly.
The house was adorable. I was impressed with how spacious the room was. The bathroom was probably the best part, with an amazing shower (both rain head and the handle type). As will all old houses, you can hear anyone moving, talking, etc. in the nearby rooms.
Breakfast was simple but filling. Brigette served bread and croissants from a nearby bakery, and cereal was also available. There was juice, coffee, and water as well.
It would be nice if parking were included in the price, as the parking area is pretty big, and most people would need it.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and Brigette and her daughter were very nice and helpful. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again, because I'd probably prefer a location a little farther from the city center. But if you want to stay near the center, this place is a very good choice. read more
