Doesn't really look like much has changed from the last review written in September of 2019…read more We had been out for a day of shopping in a new area and wanted to pop into Target to look at some things. Before we started our shopping we thought we'd get something to drink at Starbucks (it had been a cold day outside and something warm sounded good). The line was outrageous, but we thought it would probably go pretty quick since they had 4 people working. As the time counted by we inched forward in the line ..... really we should have just left, but it gets to a point where you are too invested and don't want to bail. Slowly they called names out handing off others opportunity at warmth as we slowly moved to the front of the line. We finally got our opportunity and the first reason for the over all slow line was presented .... we had to confirm our order 3 times to make sure they got it right. It really wasn't that complicated, ordering straight from the menu. Next up, our wait for drinks, about 10 more minutes passed and our names were finally called ... well almost all of us .... one drink lagged behind almost 5 more minutes. Extreme lack of organization seem to contribute to the overall ability to provide quality customer service. Highly unlikely we will return to this location .... unless there is nobody waiting for drinks and nobody waiting in line.

We expect there to be some wait times on a Friday night at a popular spot but if your wait staff continually apologizes for the slow service then it's not just in the customer's mind. I won't name our waitress cause I don't think it was her fault. The place was lively with the weekend crowd and we were seated pretty fast. The entrees were great when they did reach the table. My ribeye was cooked to the perfect temp and the Brussel sprouts were very good. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals as well. The service put a damper on an otherwise great family dinner.

I asked another person waiting and they said they felt that way too. Sierra did a great job with what she had to work with. The entry door windows were filthy, that should have given me a warning! The service was quick and the salad was good. The ribeye steak with asparagus was well presented. I ordered rare, and it definitely was rare, but that's ok. Steak was so tough I couldn't cut through it. My fork slipped and grease went all over me, my wife will shoot me! Anyways, I left the rest of the steak and told the server, she was apologetic and asked me if I wanted to take it home. No thanks.
