This particular night we chose to share everything beginning with escargot, followed by prime rib for two. It was accompanied by potatoes and a salad. We ended the meal with a peach dessert. Our server chose the wine. First we had a white, then later a red. Both were perfectly paired with our starter and main, and reasonably priced. This was a delicious meal from start to finish. We had starter salads (not much greenery but a lot of charcuterie ), and both mains on the board (poulet roti and tripe a la mode de Caen). Delicious.
