The wine is sold by the bottle - they don't have a full service bar. You may bring your own bottle. There's a 15.00 charge to open it. You will be charged for the meal ahead of time to ensure you make the reservation. The experience is one of a kind, and Alex makes all of the dishes. They're fresh and well prepared. Each dish had a district characteristic that stood out, my least favorite was the chocolate cake and the cucumber with cilantro and lime was the most memorable. All of the flavors were fresh and tasted complimentary of each other. The meal started on a high note with different types of cucumbers (even gerkins) but the the dessert citrus flavors clashed at the end and did not live up to the high expectations of the first three courses.
