Decorhaus is not a reputable shop. I bought a mattress 8 weeks later the side wall bulged out and…read morethe pillow top collapsed. They inspected the mattress and ordered a replacement, 10 months later the same problem, their resolution was to order another!!!! I wanted a refund, that was in June and they are still refusing to refund my 568 euros.
If I had known that they would not give a refund on faulty goods I would never have shopped there. They now want me to choose something else from their shop floor that other customers have touched and tried.....I don't think so!!!! In the middle of a Covid Pandemic.
