I live in Marbella since 2 months. In order to launch my shop, i ordered one chair and one shop…read moredesk the 25th of October, i paid all because the man asked for all the money and delivery the next week. But nothing and no news from him. Last week i called him 3 times and as usual here, he told me "don't worry, your furnitures are here". This Monday i called and said i want the furnitures today, he replied "i will call you on Wednesday and we arrange for the delivery". Wednesday no news, i called 4 times, left 2 messages saying i am now in my shop, you can deliver...but no reaction. In the evening i went to his shop with a friend, he was at his desk, smoking. When he saw me, he show me a desk saying its mkne, without any cartoon, nor protection with the excuse that he just received it. We finally agreed for a delivery Thursday at 6 pm. On Thursday at 5 pm he called to say the delivery man is far away so at 6 it won't be possible, could be at 8 pm or on Friday at 1 pm. Friday the desk arrived, looking like a desk used for exposition in a shop, NOT NEW AT ALL, but they keep on saying its new. And NO chair. I accept the desk because it fits my decoration, it is not damaged and most of all i did not find another one that meets my budget and i don't have time as i need to open. When i asked for my chair, the delivery man did know anything about, and the owner said to me that there was a problem but on Monday 20th November he will deliver my chair. I am soooo Upset with this man, no consideration, no respect for clients, he is just unfair and irresponsible and his shop must be CLOSED. Because i realize that all the people here have BAD experience with him, and for and since many years.

I cannot give this shop any stars, it has been the worst experience I have ever had when buying…read morefurniture in Marbella. End of January 2015 I ordered and paid for a piece of furniture. At this date 9th June I still have not received the item. I have called to the shop, I have sent friends to the shop for me and each time I am told that the furniture will be delivered in the next few days but still nothing. Today the furniture was to arrive and I arranged for a friend to be at my apartment to receive it, which she was and still it did not come. I have no choice now but to put the matter in the hands of my solicitor. Please please do not buy in this shop.
