They inspected the mattress and ordered a replacement, 10 months later the same problem, their resolution was to order another!!!! I wanted a refund, that was in June and they are still refusing to refund my 568 euros. If I had known that they would not give a refund on faulty goods I would never have shopped there. They now want me to choose something else from their shop floor that other customers have touched and tried.....I don't think so!!!! In the middle of a Covid Pandemic. Zero Star

El vendedor (ECD Germany) miente diciendo que el paquete fue entregado cuando no había nadie en casa. Lo más indignante es que Leroy Merlin se niega a tomar medidas y se limita a remitirme al vendedor externo, eludiendo su responsabilidad como plataforma. He pagado en la web de Leroy Merlin y ellos son los responsables de garantizar la transacción y resolver los problemas con sus colaboradores. No ofrecen ninguna solución ante un cobro indebido y un pedido no entregado

Waited three days for an order I placed online that never showed up, tried calling customer service…read morebut it's a nightmare as no one speaks English. Received an email stating that the address was incorrect, when in fact it was correct, 2nd email same complaint & also that the shipper was unable to contact me, even though I had provided two telephone numbers. Filled out a complaint form as best as I could to get a refund, it states I have to wait 24 hours for it to be reviewed it's now 48 hours and still no response. I will never buy from this Company again, Beware!!!!
