This is my go-to place for all things 'natural' and/or organic. They have a great selection of meats, dairy (including goat's milk and organic milk), a small vegetable/fruit section, and tons of everything else from dried fruits and sauces to super foods and beverages etc. They also have a huge section dedicated to vitamins and supplements that will make your head spin - which isn't really a problem since there are naturopaths on site to help you out (I don't think all floor staff in this section are naturopaths but everyone is very knowledgeable). In addition, they have a vast gluten-free section. If your preference is to shop in health food stores, this is a great place to go. Price-wise, they're average. I have found a few things in my local Metro that were less expensive, but most of the items I buy aren't usually available at my local grocer. As well, you will find much better deals on things like organic cereal in the bulk-sized bags (Nature's Path Eco bags are usually about $6 when on sale). read more
