Most of the time they do not even call back to let you know they do not have room, leaving you waiting around with no confirmation one way or the other. Very good food, very good service, horrible attention to any reservation system at all. At the very least they can have a human being answer the phone during business hours and speak to you directly, however they do not see this as necessary. In this respect I knock them a star as they do not respect their clients enough to treat them decently via telephone. Bad business and I am sure there are many that have missed out on this good eating experience simply because the owner does not care to attend to his/her clients in a professional way.
