We went here for dinner during a trip to the area. The employees were very friendly and we all did our best with the language barrier! The waitress was very patient with us as we tried to navigate the menu, and the chef even came out during our entrees to be sure we were happy.
It was a nice quiet environment but very dark inside the restaurant. I had difficulties seeing the menu and my food. I found the dinnerware very quaint as it was unmatching but very elegant.
I really enjoyed my escargots appetizer, served with puff pasty. The entrees were good, but not great. The fish was very bland, and the veggies could have been more flavorful as well. We enjoyed our food but were hoping for something a little more as far as seasoning.
Better lighting and more flavorful food could have made our experience here better, but we did have a nice time! read more
