It is not easy to start from scratch replacing a one star establishment, but Maison du Terroir is up to the task, and they really do remain true to the terroir, with an deep and well-curated selection of wines from Maury. Aude, the sommelier, and Eve, the chef, are genuinely devoted to making the experience a great one. Their wine shop is also a great place to get some of the harder-to-find Maury wines. read more
