The waiter was a delight, the ambiance decidedly local with a wonderful addition of some recruits from the parachute regiment stationed across the road. The waiter made time to chat with us and proudly shared that the chef, his boss, was a Michelin rated chef. This restaurant is a hidden gem.

I was only able to put away 3/4 of what was presented before me. Meanwhile, Diane enjoyed a medium-rare Filet of Boeuf with mushroom Sauce and Galette Potato with Bechamel Cheese (au gratin potatoes).
