She did not give me a proper eye exam - it was quick and did not include all the tests that are normally done for an eye exam. I showed her my records and she told me that my sight had not changed. She also told me that I did not need cataract surgery. I knew this was incorrect because I knew that my vision had changed. She promised to send me a follow up letter within the next few days and did not do so. It was also difficult getting my records from her. I went to another doctor because I did not have confidence in her. That doctor told me that if I did not have the cataract surgery, I would need an eye-seeing dog. In other words, I urgently needed cataract surgery. I do not like the idea of leaving a negative review but I think it is important to make informed decisions.

When I…read moregoogle it, I was warned that it could be a detached retina. joint Vision Paris was close to my hotel, so when I went in there, they were so helpful and kind, and called an ophthalmologist friend of theirs and booked an emergency appointment with him. He was also very kind and helpful, did some tests, and found out it was not a problem. He didn't charge much, either! I felt so relieved and grateful for their help. I highly recommend them!

I was happy to be able to have an urgent, same day appointment yet thoroughly disappointed with the staff, particularly the doctor. I needed this exam because of the very painful pulling of my right eye do to a weakened nerve that I would later discover. The doctor treated me as though I didn't exist but just a number and I had to ask her to turn around versus speaking to her back. Was the same with the other staff. I will not return to this facility and I do not recommend it either. We pay for médical care and deserve to be treated in a dignified manner.
