I scheduled an appointment with this doctor on the website mondocteur. fr because she spoke English…read moreand she's young. Unfortunately, due to a series of unfortunate events, I had to cancel a few appointments, however I cancelled in advance (before the appointment) online and didn't see any problems. When I was finally able to come to see her, the doctor cancelled my appointment without notifying me! No call, no email... and I left class early to see her. Her secretary was very nice, but couldn't help me. Later, I was told that because I cancelled my appointment with her in the past, she cancelled her appointment with me! I realize there is a different way of doing things in France, but give me a f@$king break... is this how a professional conducts herself? I am disappointed and a bit disgusted by this behavior. It's like dealing with a child or someone devoid of etiquette/ decency. Cancel if you must, but notify your patients. And if you don't like it when someone cancels, then say so! If I knew this would happen, I would've never scheduled an appointment with her because I know my schedule isn't very stable and I often need to cancel/ re-schedule things. She may be a good doctor, but this experience has put her on my blacklist: I will never recommend her.
