I was extremely impressed at the quality and attention we were given by these photographers because the price was not outrageous. Steven Palm Photography is a very professional operation. They provide a contract immediately to help make sure you understand your options and select the package that best fits your needs. They are very communicative and do not mind answering your questions. The entire process was painless, they accept electronic forms of payment and electronic signatures. Further, they are responsive via email. The pictures are phenomenal. While we were taking them not every background was perfection, yet when I look at the individual photos the background is not an issue at all. Steven is so talented that the photo process feels organic. The video was perfection. It was edited to include all the most important parts, including music, and will be treasured for years to come. They provided a flash drive of all the photos that made it easy to print and access each photo. Furthermore, they provide a file of Steven Palm labeled photos that way you can share on social media. I find this to be a very generous aspect. I would use Steven Palm again in a heartbeat.

I thought they were gone forever and i felt like i was going to puke. I messaged Alisha just hoping that like other businesses shed get back to me someday. Well Alisha responded literally immediately. Alisha responded quicker than my mom when i told her i was going in to labor with my first baby. And within the hour i had all of our photos back. Dont even consider looking anywhere else, you will never have not only a better experience with your wedding photographers, but you will never get better customer service in your life. Review from november 10, 2020: Hopefully this is better late than never.. I couldn't say enough amazing things about this duo. Two years ago today Steven and Alisha photographed our wedding. They were completely non invasive but captured incredible moments that bring me right back. So easy going yet professional. I don't wanna boast or anything......... but the photos really speak for themselves. thank you thank you thanks you. Two years later and still completely impressed with this team and soooooo thankful they were available to capture this day for us. Even more so now.

If you are looking for a photographer - LOOK NO FURTHER!!! While looking for a photographer we had…read morenarrowed it down to four, with Josh being one of them. We looked through each photographers portfolio, but found ourselves going back to Josh's. Once we realized that we were comparing the other photographers work to Josh's, we knew that we had to choose Josh. From the moment I contacted Josh, I knew that we had chosen the right photographer to capture our daughters wedding. Not only are his credentials impeccible, he was organized and and made everything seamless and we NEVER worried. From the very beginning, Josh was prompt in answering all of our emails and took the time to answer all of our questions. Due to COVID, we had to postpone the wedding a year and Josh was very understanding and sympathetic and had no issue with moving the date out. On the day of the wedding, he and his wife Nicole spent the entire day/evening making sure to not only capture every moment, he was also able to get all of the shots that we had requested. He took our vision and brought it to life and we couldn't be more grateful. Twenty minutes before the wedding was to begin, Josh impressed us again when we were informed that the DJ had not shown up. Through all the chaos, panic and tears, Josh made the unfortunate situation bearable with his jovial personality and his positive energy and warmth. Both he and his wife Nicole were very approachable and made everyone feel at ease. Despite capturing weddings for over 20 years, we were amazed by his continued passion and excitement. He is immensely skilled and creative - don't expect a checklist of cliché wedding photos with Josh, he has true vision and is not just a guy going through the motions. Josh looks to capture your unique story through his artistic lens. Josh is not just a photographer, he is an artist. His work is timeless and his ability to use light to capture different elements of a scene is a talent that cannot be learned - it is truly a gift. Overall, Josh managed to capture EVERY aspect of our daughters special day. We were mesmerized by the sneak peek images we received just days after the wedding and we cannot wait to see more. We are blown away by his ability to capture the true essence of who Nina and Caleb are as a couple, as well as as individuals. We were very lucky to have Josh as a part of our daughters wedding day. We were most impressed with his ability to convey their story; he captured every moment as if he'd had been a part of their lives forever. We could not be happier with the results. Any couple looking to truly tell their story needs to look no further than Josh Sailor!!! ~ Jason & Renee Mossotti
