Wow. What a great hidden gem. Had dinner here with a group of 6 and the service and food was over…read morethe top. The décor is very formal (real candelabras, flowers, etc.), but the atmosphere is relaxed. The first step is to visit the enoteca in another part of the building and pick wine...big selection, very reasonably priced. The antipasto was an amazing selection including truffle, salumi, goose liver pate, tapenades, cheeses, etc. The owners were charming and brought out crostini for us to sample their new olive oil, pressed that day. Main meals (pastas or meats) were outstanding and beautifully presented. I'd say save room for the desserts (which were great), but that's not likely--you're just going to have to over-eat and enjoy it! This place is out there in the country, but definitely worth the trip.
