They have a lot of options on the menu to choose from. I had the shrimp tacos and were better than expected. Shrimp was crunchy, and the sauce added was savory. The avocado was a surprise that I enjoyed. The gordita was good but not great. The service was excellent, and the lady was kind and attentive. Prices are fair. I would return to this restaurant to try the other food on the menu. read more

Looking for some decent Mexican food in the area. We stopped in for the breakfast. The chorizo and eggs were good. Not overly greasy like a lot of places. The beans are not your typical refried beans but finding out it's the beans in the area. The flour tortillas are smaller and thicker but ok. The service and prices were good. The horchata was freshly made and very good. Planning on returning to try a lunch or dinner. read more

I came here for a quick sit down lunch and enjoyed the great price for food their little Hispanic market attached to the restaurant. Their lunch specials come with large portions of food. I also ordered their horchata because I'm a fan of this cinnamon rice drink. They also give you two different types of salsa, green and red, and house salsa with chips. The parking lot is located in the front and can be limited during lunch time. The waitresses were very kind and quick at taking your orders. Overall, the food was tasty, the price is right, and the service and food was quick. read more

This place is so amazing! It's definitely one of the closest things to authentic Mexican food you'll get in the area. Been going here for years before they had the separate restaurant. So good! read more

the food was great, service quick, not too loud or noisy for a friday night. would definitely come back again & recommend!

I've found it! A little piece of Cali Mexican food We ordered Limonada aqua fresca, shrimp & birria tacos, pizza & fries, strawberry lemonade and sweet tea. All of the drinks taste like they were made by hand. The customer service is fast and efficient. The ambiance is pleasant, but relaxed live at home. My fave part is the mini-market attached if you haven't been able to find what you need to get that homemade swag I love the booths and will definitely come back. Thank you for making us feel at home read more

My friend took me here for the first time today. The tacos were SO good and for $4 for 3 tacos, you can't beat it. Salsa was really good and had a nice spice. The waitress was also very friendly and continued to make sure everything was good. 10/10. read more

Wow wow wow. My son and I tried them for the first time 2 weeks ago and he's had to get it 2 more times since. The guacamole is so fresh, with just a hint of citrus that reminds me so much of when I lived in San Antonio. Fajitas were delicious! Nachos Laguna was good and so was my sons Chimichanga but those Papas Locas were dynamite!!! Only thing that wasn't a fan of would be the tamale but in all fairness my husband makes his own and his are out of this world good so i am pretty biased about those. I'd heard they have horchata but We ordered thru a delivery app and there wasn't an option to order drinks at all. If so I think this could have easily been 4.5 review that as usual if it's great and service is good I round up. But once I try those I'll update my review. But seriously - Run don't walk to this place to try the Papas Locas. It's fantastic. read more

La comida es una basura y las meseras no sirven también. Se ponen a hablar mal de los clientes.

I ordered last night try for 1st and last time They didn't follow request the food was so bland unreal the little thing they called Gueacomolr was like soup talking dime size serving cup no chips sent as like from Braceros for what I paid I threw in trash it was nasty I love Mexican food but this had to B the worst I have ever had I can cook it a lot better but was just off work and wanted to relax The only good thing was the that young man that delivered he was polite and pleasant!!! It was the Chimichanga I had the rice and refried beans were just as bland the chicken had no seasoning!!! I have a few place I enjoy the Mexican food from was just trying something new but I will never order again read more

This is a hole in the wall which is pretty good. I wouldn't come if you are looking for a nice date night, but definitely for a quick bite of food. The buche was nice and tasty but the mole didnt really taste good. The carnitas were too crispy. Hard to eat. But the rest was pretty tasty. The salsa and salsa verse were really good. And the prices weren't bad. I'd go back but to get stuff to go. read more

The place might not look like a restaurant from the outside, but it is. Friendly, fast service. Food is very good. Prices are much more customer friendly than other taco places in the area read more

We just moved to the area & stopped in to try this spot because my husband craves street tacos all the time. I'll start by saying their meat itself is very good, im super picky with meat considering some places don't care too much & throw in the fatty pieces. I've yet to get a bad taco. The aguas frescas all taste very authentic & yummy! Service both times we've came have been great, we tend to get here a little later in the day so there's not a wait but during lunch time it does get busy. We're both from CA where the Mexican culture is popular, being Mexican myself, I have nothing bad to say about this place. I only wish they sold alcohol lol, a michelada with my tacos would be bomb. read more

Definitely the most slept on Mexican spot in the city. Food is amazing and they do $1 tacos on Thursday. I prefer al pastor but my husband & daughter enjoy the asada. Rice is always perfect. read more

My daughter brought me here about a month ago, I think LET ME TELL YOU...If you don't know by now, this is the best Mexican restaurant I've been to since I've moved here. Btw I been here since 1995. But the kicker is awhile back I went to visit my dad in San Diego and ate at one of there local taco shacks and OMG there Mexican food was the best, came back to Clarksville and have been looking for that favor every since. AND OMG I DONT KNOW WHO OPEN THIS RESTAURANT BUT THANK YOU! FINALLY you have brought The real authentic taste of a home town cooking from Mexico to Clarksville TN. We will be eating here more often. Oh btw my husband and I came back a few weeks ago and this is what we had, and it was delicious! Cena Casera, Arroz Ranchero and horchata and a Mexican drink that I cannot remember the name because I had to call my daughter for it because she speaks Spanish and I don't. So since my g-daughter is half I will be learning again. read more

I have been looking for a real Mexican place. I just moved out from LA where the mexican food is the BEST. I was SOO happy when I walked in and saw the little mercado. The tacos there were the BEST. I am really picky when it comes to Al Pastor and it's probably some of the best. Their Horchata is also some of the beat ive ever had. And that's going up against LA spots. My Mexican side is so happy. read more

So, I paid $7 for basically a small portion of choriqueso to go. Actually the smallest portion I've seen at any Mexican restaurant here in Clarksville. Also, the queso we ordered for the table as well as the choriqueso was watery. I just threw it away! Waste of money; but who cares right l? Their queso isn't the least bit of thick. Highly would not recommend ordering that. Server was good. Seemed to be the only server though. read more

The tacos are pretty good. I have been to worst I have been to better. For the fort Campbell area tho this is probably the better street tacos you will get. Next time I visit I am thinking of trying the quesadilla pizza. Looks amazing. read more

Me and my wife recently moved to Clarksville, TN. We always look for good Mexican food wherever we go. We stopped at "La Laguna" because it was one of the top results in a quick Google search. We arrived and first went to the little convenience which is conveniently attached, purchased our items and ordered food with the cashier. We ordered an order of "QuesaBirria Tacos", a "Shredded Chicken Burrito" and two "Carne Asada Tacos". We were asked to wait in the dining while our food was ready. Everything that we ordered was great! The QuesaBirria tacos came with a side of "Consome" which is the juice from the birria. The burrito was a perfect size for a big appetite and was filled with chicken, rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. My daughter also loved the Carne Asada Tacos. Definitely returning, and definitely recommend ! read more

This place is very easy to miss when you drive by. I had no idea where it was when I first came here. I thought it was just a market but the resturaunt is inside. I have kept coming back here after my first time. The food, the employees are all really nice. This place gets busy during lunch, everyone from post comes here for lunch! So come early if you want a table! They do call ahead, so you can reserve a table for a large party. The chips and salsa are like crack. There salsa is so good I could drink it. I usually order there Birria tacos! It's just so freaking delicious! There pollo con arroz is really good too! Once you come here you won't be going anywhere else. read more

Horrible service the waitress never cleaned my table and it was a mess the tacos were awful And I bought meat for a stew and the man who was attending me gave me pork instead of beef never going back again read more

Authentic Mexican food. Love that they have Chicharron as a meat option! Their beans are amazing and I couldn't stop eating them. I honestly don't even really like refried beans like that. Horchata is delicious! Service was good and attentive and we also love that it's a store/restaurant so we picked up a few Mexican candies also. Will be back and highly recommend. read more

La Laguna is a unassuming gem among the many stores that line Ft. Campbell Blvd. Don't let the looks fool you it's what's inside that counts. Inside you will find some of the best Mexican food North of the Rio Grande, the dishes that come from within its kitchen taste as if it could be found in homes of Mexico. The staff is friendly and service and Portions are good, but even if that were not the case the taste and flavors of the meals would keep me returning. The market inside the same building isn't the biggest but it does have the staples including a small meat department and prices are reasonable. Do yourself a favor and stop by you won't be disappointed. read more
