The fresh squeezed tangerine or orange juice is done right in front of you. Costs 10 pesos for a 10 or 12 ounce cup. Haven't tried to aquas frescas but many locals seem to go for it. I don't speak any Spanish / he doesn't speak English, but pointing and nodding works pretty well.

The prices weren't high compared to similar stores back home - but definitely more expensive than what you'd pay for in local produce markets for conventionally grown produce. Great place to stock up!
