We had a nice table for 4 outside. We ordered two of their cheese boards and some local red wine. The cheese board and local red wine was spectacular. There was lots of cheese to eat. We could not eat all the cheese. We should have ordered only one cheese board for the four of us. Service here was very good for us Americans who could barely speak French. Our total bill for both of us was 58 euro. I would return here for another cheese board. See my pics.

We got the menu, and for $26 we got: a vegetable soup, a little plate with stuffed veggies, ham, and a salad, then the first meal was fetucini with mushrooms (best pasta I ever had !!!!!) then we had rabbit with potatoes, and then a tiramisu with a little coffee ! All of that came with a spritz to start the meal and some house red wine. It was a great time ! Go check it out people !!!!

You should definitely NOT spend one of your (likely) precious meals in Italy at this place. Their pizza was mediocre at best and their lasagna was the same. But we ended up staying much longer and ordering far too many dishes for two people! Overall we found the quality to be good, above average even maybe for Spain. We liked that they had the tapas of the day board with seasonal options. We had the razor clams and asparagus off that list. We also ordered some staples of tapas such as bravas. We will be back, quantity for quality for price was good. We also liked the wine we were recommended which cost 22 euros

We shared a few entrees which were all fabulous - Iberian plate which included cod fish ball croquettes (light and perfect) and rissoes (Portuguese empanada). We also tried the veal with Portuguese rice, which was very authentic. The veal had a delicious wine and mushroom sauce. We finished our meal with a homemade chocolate mousse which was smooth, creamy perfection. Ambience is modern, clean and simple. Our meal and bottle of wine was under 75 euros, which blew us away, considering how fantastic our meal was. Highly recommend!

For dessert, we had the creme brûlée and the profiteroles (which is like a giant fried ice cream dish!), and both desserts were delicious as well. We both had a glass of rose, our entrees, and desserts, and the total bill was less than €60, which I thought was really reasonable for as good as it was! This is the type of place that I'll be dreaming about for the rest of my life, LOL.

If we ever visit again, which we will, I would stop by again.

Fantastic Location, But Be Careful at Payment…read more The location is fantastic, with one of the best terraces overlooking the Promenade and the sea. The tapas and drinks were enjoyable, and we had a great evening. Unfortunately, the payment experience left a very bad impression. The card terminal asked me to choose between "Good," "Very Good," and "Exceptional" while the server was standing right next to me. I genuinely believed I was rating the service, but I later realized those options were actually different tip amounts. I found this confusing and misleading. In France, where service is generally included, I wasn't expecting a tipping prompt presented this way. If tips are optional, the terminal should simply say "Would you like to leave a tip?" and clearly show the amounts or percentages. That would be much more transparent. I hope the restaurant considers changing this, because it spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant experience.

The cheese fries were good but came in a cone so they got soggy under the cheese very quickly. The sandwich was tasty, though there wasn't much cheese. The cod accras were wet damp balls of fish that were then fried. I would not recommend. Venue: This is a delightful venue, though. There's two levels. The downstairs has more traditional bar seating and an outdoor patio. The upstairs has "club" seating with high tops and plush chairs surrounding lower coffee tables. There are also two little balconies to sit at outside looking at the beautiful water.
