Cozy is really the best way to describe it, but it's not cramped at all. We sat up at the bar and met Vince, the owner/bartender, and over the course of about 2 hours we kabitzed with Vince and simply chatted about France in general, soccer (there was a screen behind the bar showing a soccer match), American football, music, you name it. Vince has got an interesting collection of Star Wars items sprinkled around here and there, and simply created a nice place for people to just come in, imbibe, and sit to chat with friends. This was a memorable spot on our 10-day tour of France, and we loved it here so much that we'll go out of our way to go back for a visit next time we're in the French Riviera.

So we made plans with a stranger to come back for dinner. The menu really sounded interesting and you can't beat the view. Right along the water front where the small boats are. So we came back. I got an NA orange drink that was delicious. I got the shrimp popsicles to start and for my meal I got the octopus. Now for me octopus can be dangerous. I've had it done places where it was gross and places it was pretty good. Here it was absolutely delicious. Charged a little and in this sauce with sweeter tomatoes. We had a nice table for 4 outside. We ordered two of their cheese boards and some local red wine. The cheese board and local red wine was spectacular. There was lots of cheese to eat. We could not eat all the cheese. We should have ordered only one cheese board for the four of us. Service here was very good for us Americans who could barely speak French.
