Great decor, unfortunately the food we received could not compete with the looks of this place. Chicken fried rice: 2- pieces of chicken, (WHY?)! Noodles were a disappointment, I ordered a combination of beef, chicken, & shrimp. 2- pieces of shrimp...not cool! Will continue my quest for better Chinese cuisine. I have been here a few times. It's located just off the main square in Mons, so quite convenient if you're downtown. To be honest, I enjoy Chinese food but am not a fanatic so to me most of the food that I get is good. Sometimes I find something extra special, but this one is just OK. Like most Chinese restaurants, they also do take-away. I like that while you wait, they show you to a table to sit down and then put some prawn crackers, etc. on the table for you to munch while you wait. The order comes quite quickly too, which is a plus. Not a bad place and there is always a crowd, so obviously quite popular too with those who know Chinese food better than I do. read more

I have been here a few times for dinner, as my husband swears by it, but I can't help but be underwhelmed. The interior is amazing, especially the entrance, there's a decent wine/alcohol list, and there's a fair selection of appetizers, however, for the price, I feel like we're paying for ambiance rather than a really good meal. Service was excellent, and every time we've gone our food has been brought out in a reasonable amount of time, but I still find it underwhelming. Maybe it's because my husband is devouring seafood while I, with a seafood allergy, watch. But I doubt that's it. I'm sure we'll return in the future (if not near future), but rather than admire koi and cross a bridge to get into a restaurant, I'd rather sit down and have a meal that makes me want to return. read more
