We ate here 4 May 2017 and had a wonderful time. It was low season in Salou so the restaurant was not crowded. The wait staff consisted of two people, who did everything from greet the guest, take the orders, partition the paella for us and eventually bid us farewell - all with the precision one might expect from such a fine restaurant. We had the "house" appetizer with delicious Iberico ham, white asparagus, smoked salmon on endive, pate, and a crab cake delight - AWESOME. We split the seafood paella and it was perfect. We capped the meal with flan, which I loved but my wife ... not so much. A complimentary liquor was the finishing touch. The staff was professionally and helpful with the wine selection... truly a delight to dine here. read more
