This new cheese shop has the largest selection of fine cheeses in Sønderborg. Lars, the owner, welcomes you with samples of his cheeses. He had the complete selection of Arla Unika Danish, the soft cheeses. One of the most important cheeses is the 80 week Fyrtarnsost Oko, with special Laeso embedded salt crystals. read more
