We returned a few days later early in the morning and met the owner, Melanie Roumanille, who taught us about the art of cheese making! This Fromagerie is one of Saint-Remy's best kept secrets and a must see when visiting the area. Their products are all made in-house including fabulous ice cream, yogurts, milk, and of course cheese. They also have a great variety of local fresh products: eggs, spices, olive oil, and you can take some ice cream home. The prices are fair and the products are the best around.
