I am always warmly welcomed once entered and I never feel uncomfortable to speak up about a concern because I know my tech will happily correct any mistakes ive found (that is the odd time there is an imperfection). Lately the salon has been quite busy, but I do not mind waiting for such an amazing job rather than to settle for less at another salon
