Great food, amazing views, and incredibly weak margaritas. I ordered a margarita and basically got a glass of pulverized ice. There was a hint of lime juice and a slice of lime and a lot of sea salt but that's it. I complained and it seemed the gentleman was upset. He slammed the water bottle my wife ordered and stormed off. But didn't make any restitution for the $11 glass of ice. Now the fajitas were wonderful and my wife who brought me there enjoyed her food too. There were signs up saying 10 oz Jack Daniels or Chivas Regal for $7 but I wanted a margarita...my loss and the server's because I cut my normal 20% tip in half. I have come here twice. Ive given it a chance. This place is open later than most places which makes for its convenience. However Its poor service, lack of attentiveness, attitude and slow service. Food took some time but came out undesirable. We have a churrasco $24 dollars not edible, pinchos de pollo tasted cold like they were rewarmed, queso frito was thick and cold, and tacos were not flavorful. We barely touched the food and had to walk ourselves to the front to pay. The view is great and they need to improve their food. I also do not appreciate them forcing me to use "sanitizer" prior to eating which was really denatured alcohol 80% which is not safe. I did offer to wash my hands with soap and water as a compromise. Do not recommend unless its the only place open for food. Come for music, drinks and a view. read more

La Fiebre is located on a busy strip of coastal beauty in Añasco. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and the food was excellent. My only gripe was the service as it was extremely slow. Just to get seated took much longer than necessary and there were not even many people there. The waitresses just seemed very lackadaisical, otherwise it was a pleasurable experience. We ordered 3 empanadillas (Crab, pizza, and shrimp) and they were all good. They were fried nicely in a perfect dough and had a good amount of filling. For the main courses we ordered the breaded shrimps with arañitas (basically shredded crispy tostones), shrimps in a garlic sauce with arroz mamposteao (a seasoned rice and beans mix), and fried chicken chunks with mofongo. All of the meals came with salad. I can literally say everything was outstanding. The presentation, the flavors, the freshness were all on point. read more

Love that this restaurant overlooks the ocean. Great place to sit and eat on the rooftop during the sunset. Very fresh tasting seafood. First tried the Camarones empanadillas...so much flavor! Loved the sauce inside. It came out piping hot. Next a few minutes later the entrees came out. Again, piping hot and full of flavor. I tried the Asopao camarones with plantains. Rooftop patio for dinner was nice and breezy and the drinks were good but the food was flavorless the beef fajitas were more the consistency of boiled chunks of meat overcooked and no seasoning that came with fridge cold store bought tortillas with no accompaniment's just some lettuce and sour cream. Following the reviews, we decided to try this place, we arrived around 5pm on a Monday, the upstairs terrace was not opened, they took my party, they have a machine with sanitizer that takes your temperature due to Covid. We were taken to the outside sitting area not near the cliff, but had a great view regardless. It took about 25 minutes for the sever to come, a new sever came in and said the other server "had to go"..she brought our food fast...food was ok. I ordered A strawberry margarita, it took forever, (I would suggest order beer instead, it is faster) the server had to make my drink. It was pretty good, this is the only reason I gave this place three stars along with the Panoramic view. At the end, I saw people ordering a "parcha drink with Tito's" to go. I decided to give it a try and take one home..it was ok. In summary, go for the view and a cheap meal. Lower your expectations, and you should be ok. read more

One of the best views of the ocean you can get on the island. Period. Good selection of beers, and really good food. The shrimp empanada was perfectly seasoned, not extra salty like a lot of places. We see so many cars here on weekends we thought we must be missing something. So, we went. The views are spectacular . I had a strawberry margarita and the 1st was just right , the 2nd , well I would have preferred that much tequila in a shot. The food, meh. I had checked tacos (they were flour tortillas) and the grease kept dripping onto my leg through the table. I had cheese empanadillas which tasted like they used velveeta cheese. My husband had rice and beans which he said were spot on, but ordered carne frita which was tough and not that tasty. He also had the crab empanadilla which he said was outstanding. Server was nice but seldom checked on us and we went when there were very few people present. Would I go back? For drinks.
