They offer Spa service, free bike rentals, pool tables and a great bar. The restaurant is also full service. The only criticism I have is that the rooms are not equal in qualify to the common areas.. The rooms are large but do not feel luxurious. But for the price, very worth it.

The pool is the most spectacular part with incredible views. The decor of the hotel is clean, modern and chic, a nice contrast to the ancient hilltop town. We loved the ease of the staff and the two hotel birds at the reception desk that they let us pet and play with. They offer free bikes, a new spa and the restaurant is fresh and beautiful. It was fun to hike down from the town on a foot path by the cafe to the vineyards below and a short car ride to experience the amazing aqueduct Pont du Gard. It was a great place to relax, especially by the pool in the afternoons!

We stayed in one of the suites which was cavernous by European standards. The staff is quite friendly and the access to the wineries and tasting rooms for the region's outstanding rosé make it a logical choice. There's also dinner service offered several nights a week - perhaps all week long during high season. Breakfast was included in the rate. Overall, a place I would return to if I was to be in Tavel again.
