I really wish i had read the report from the last guy before going to this place.
My wife and i stopped here after a shopping trip through Wilmersdorfer. We only wanted to sit down and have a cup of tea before moving on. We should have stopped elsewhere.
It seemed like an eternity until one of the waiters noticed us, they served three other tables with people thaf came in later as we were waiting.
We ordered tea and waited a long time untik it turned up. Unfortunatly the glass my wife received had lipstick still on the rim. I went to the person operating the till and requested a new one, not a problem you may think. For the guy standing next to her it sure was. A dark skinned individual with dark beard. I'm not sure if he was the manager, owner or what his position is, but somebody needs to teach this guy how to treat customers. He practically accused of us of leaving the lipstick on the glass, as if there was any point in that. He turned very unfriendly, practically insulting and in my opinion threatening, not something you need when you are out with your wife on an afternoon. He then just about pushed us out of the place, quiet scary.
Maybe this place is reserved for certain customers. As anybody else yoh should make a big diversion around it. We are both still recovering from the shock. read more
