The staff here are super nice and if they aren't super busy, they will Let you sample flavors. During the summer, they have a number system to help with the customers. Grab your ticket number, and then make the hard choice of which flavors to choose for the evening. I don't have a favorite flavor from here since everything I've tried has tasted delicious.
