It's got easy to use kiosks to buy your bus tickets, or you can pay when you board. We used it to buy bus tickets to Marseille, where we spent the day sight-seeing. The ticket each way was only 7 euro per person and the ride is quick, about 30 mins. The buses get their own lanes to drive in, so if there's traffic it doesn't seem to affect the bus much. The busses were clean and decent as well.

So much better than some of the best experiences we've had at Marriott properties in the US! Each location has provided great service, great concierge suggestions, assistance, and guidance and nicely maintained rooms and property. Check-in was a smooth and very helpful experience... It was provided by a pleasant gentleman who was efficient and provided all the information we needed to know about the property, spa, and restaurant. We were upgraded to a nice king room with a balcony on the top floor, which was very nice. The room was large enough for our 4 larger pieces of luggage to be open, to live from, while still offering hanging space inside closets. The bathroom area was interesting, but what was odd was that they never gave us new bar soap... why?!? We heard from others we knew staying here who had this same issue, even after asking for a replacement. Otherwise, housekeeping did a nice job keeping the room fresh and stocked during our stay. Plus, they offer turndown service. The two concierge were worked with were outstanding! One was a lady, the other was Saif. She offered a great suggestion for dinner on our first night (it was Le Ramus). Saif was outstanding, as he went out of his way to help us find affordable ways to get to/from Marseille one of our day trips and then to the airport on our last day to fly out. The car service they provide is excellent as well and cheaper than the rates I got form Uber! If you are looking to book a trip to Aix-en-provence, stay here and contact Saif ahead of time and he will not only put together an amazing itinerary for you, he'll book all your reservations (all that's he able) too! He has a lengthy and very knowledgeable background about most all of Europe and this can be very helpful when planning your visit!! The property is located within a few minutes walk of the bus depot in one direction, and the Rotunde in the old, historic city area, in the opposite direction. There are many shops and amazing cafés, restaurants in the older district, definitely check it out! There are many places to stop and dine, as well and top level shopping all very close! They have a big pool, which looks nice, a spa, and a couple of places to eat on property as well. We would most definitely return and stay here again!

You walk out of the hotel onto the provincial street. Everything is in walking distance. Although English is spoken here, it is preferred if you use French. We were traveling for many days, staying at different places and this was our last stop. I needed to get some things laundered so I put a few items in the bag and had it picked up. The next day all of my items (but one sock) was returned. In my broken French, I asked the staff who delivered my laundry where the other sock was. He told me I only gave him one sock to launder. Impossible! Why would I only give one sock? He and I went back and forth with who was right...him ,"non, un"...me, "non, deux!" This went on for quite awhile. Alas, I gave in. I left the hotel with only one clean sock!

Our first full day we visited the outdoor market and brought back a picnic of fresh bread, cheese, fruits and wine to eat on our private balcony - perfect! We only had breakfast and drinks here - no other meals, but based on the constant activity at the indoor/outdoor dining area: it must be pretty good. The highlight of the room for me was the green and purple titled floor in the bathroom with a gorgeous claw foot tub - (separate shower, in separate room).
