The weirdest thing would be that my steak came out faster than the ice cold flan. I was sitting there thinking, "I definitely didn't wait this long for my steak." **why don't you serve a medium rare steak on a sizzling skillet you might ask, well it's because if you cooked it right, then you stop cooking.
