I want to give it 4 stars, but the little things like serving a Rib Eye Steal medium rare on a…read moresizzling skillet (that splattered on my shirt) keeps them from getting that 4th star. It was cooked perfectly & was very tasty, but I had to take the napkin that was wrapping the chips/crisped whole tortillas because my table didn't have napkins apparently. The weirdest thing would be that my steak came out faster than the ice cold flan. I was sitting there thinking, "I definitely didn't wait this long for my steak."
**why don't you serve a medium rare steak on a sizzling skillet you might ask, well it's because if you cooked it right, then you stop cooking. Good thing I had a plate for the "chips" to use for my steak or it would've ended up medium well!**
