We muddle through with French as best we can, and find that we are always helped out when we get stuck! In fact, I have even written to the restaurant with a query, and received a lovely letter back! The service is exemplary, the food nicely presented and cooked simply but perfectly. The ambience of the restaurant makes it a pleasant oasis in a surprisingly busy little town, and our visit to La Bigoudene is always the highlight of our day trip. It is also ideally situated at the Ferry terminal end of town, adjacent to the P&O bus stop. We cannot wait until our next visit, so keep up the good work. Bon appetit!
