La Cantinetta is a hidden gem in Wiesbaden. This small Italian restaurant has an amazing menu with plenty of authentic options, and everything our group of four ordered was absolutely delicious. The cozy, intimate atmosphere made for a perfect evening, and the waitstaff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The wine selection was excellent and paired beautifully with our meals. So, my friend got to the restaurant and was seated only with no menu. I got there 15 mins later and that's when we got menus. And 20 mins after I got there, the other two guests got there. We never got served any drinks or asked any other questions besides if we needed english or german menus. On top of that, we saw a FLYING COCKROACH. We left once that happened!! read more

By far the best Italian restaurant I've been to in Wiesbaden. It's become our go-to restaurant any time we have guests visiting. Service is the best I've found. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend you try the Pizza Pane (3.90). Its basically pizza without any toppings, just oil and garlic, and comes as the bread to your table. Some of my recent favorites are: MelanzaneParmigiana (eggplant parmigiana) 13.50 The Insalata Mista (w/Chicken) 11.70 I've enjoyed their Steak and Lasagna as well. Everything is hot and fresh. Bathrooms are upstairs. Attire is casual. Its always busy, but so far we've been able to find seating without reservations. I do suggest you make reservations in advance if you are planning on bringing a large party (more than 4) I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for place to eat in Wiesbaden. read more

This place has a very nice menu. Good salads. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. We showed up as a party of 6 with 3 kids and were accommodated. Everything we ordered was served fresh. Our waiter was also quite nice. Bathrooms were upstairs which may be an impediment to some. Well decorated. read more
