She is always talking about proper Cous Cous, something that we just can't find (so far) in Los Angeles. So she wanted to go to Le Casablanca... I have to say, it was excellent. I'm going off of memory as I don't have a menu, but I believe I got the "Casa" Cous Cous??? It was an assortment of sausage, meatball, and beef kabob. It was so good! And they kindly brought a bowl of extra Harissa sauce for me, as I love the hot spice. I ate until I was overly full. I also want to note the sweet Moroccan hospitality. When we arrived, the greeting from whom I presume was the patriarch was warm and friendly, the service was fast. But even better, when my wife mentioned to one of the staff (a young woman, I'm guessing part of the family who owns Casablanca?) that we can't find the spice to make proper Cous Cous here in Long Beach, she went to the kitchen and prepared a large plastic container filled with a mix of the spices! Thankfully, it survived the trip back to the states. Honestly, that was super kind and unexpected, but my wife said "ah, this is the hospitality of the Moroccans." Veggies came in the side in a flavorful broth - we used all of it on the couscous. I can't tell you what was in the tangine other than potatoes and carrots, but it was fantastic. Only wish the portions were bigger. Overall great (vegan) food and fantastic service. Only disappointment was the price - €70 for four lunches and two bottles of water. Food quality was good and it was definitely the best meal I've had in France in the last three days, so I can't complain too much. Despite the price, I'd go back - especially to take someone out who wanted good vegan.

The meat literally falls off the bone, the vegetables melt in your mouth, and the couscous is fantastic. I may be the only review for now but this is the highest rated Moroccan restaurant in Perpignan and certainly my favorite. Nothing can compare. C'est le meilleur restaurant marocain absolu dans la région. Je recommande vivement le couscous poulet. La viande tombe littéralement l'os, les légumes fondent dans la bouche, et le couscous est fantastique. Je peux être le seul avis pour le moment, mais c'est le restaurant marocain le plus élevé à Perpignan et certainement mon préféré. Rien ne peut comparer.
