We ordered a ravioli and pizza that were made in-house along with a medium rare steak. The ravioli was decent, the pizza was fresh and the steak was cooked to perfection and is easily the best steak out of all the meats we have had during our Europe trip. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and nice meal.

Reservations are recommended. We ordered glasses of one of the local Bolzano white wines. It was strong flavor but a good selection. For starters we had the cabbage salad and the stuffed zucchini blossoms. Both were very nicely prepared. For main courses we both had pasta dishes. I had the special spaghetti pasta with truffles and my wife had the special risotto. They were both nice sized portions and were wonderfully prepared. Tubladel is a bit more expensive than some of the other ranked restaurants in Ortisei, but it is worth it. We loved our meal.
