Oh... my... god...
a must if you're in marseille!
Such a tiny little restaurant, you might not even be able to tell if they're open for business but, there's usually a little boat with a candle lit outside if they're open (pending the wind is calm). They have four tables total, two for two people and two for groups of ~5. The menu is pretty limited. Their specialty is fish and chips but, it is NOT like the American fish and chips. The fish are fresh. The chips are not potatoes. Everything was delicious. My friend ordered the fish soup/stew and fell in love. The waiter is super nice and friendly, he brought out all the different types of fish that they were serving that night. At the end of the meal he serves a shot of captain morgan with lemon covered in cocoa powder and sugar... which is SO good and on the house! Again, the restaurant is super tiny and the bathroom is right next to the kitchen. So that part was interesting. The food is so good and super affordable, the waiter was so nice and warm and speaks English well. Definitely recommend. read more
