Bartender Mike is a true Mensch, if that's even possible, in a place like Staten Island, but he was truly a gem and kept the drinks flowing. This is truly a neighborhood watering hole that is frequented by many, including some friendly and beautiful teachers from the local school across the way. You are struck with an immediate vibe of friendliness and happiness, and visitors to the Point Tavern are truly treated like family. My great friend, "Uncle Anthony," and I enjoyed ourselves sitting and relaxing at the bar. There was a wide selection of draft beers on tap, and the mixed drinks were delicious. Confession: I made the "Shlep" to investigate this "Suspicious" Roast Beef Sandwich. My suspicions were confirmed--amazing, Juicy, Tender, and savory. Sandwiches are made to order and tailored to the customer's likely preferences. The kitchen got it right on the first shot and got me my "Kosher" Roast Beef Sandwich. Trust me, its worth the visit. A+
