We ordered two hamburgers and two trout fillets. The salad vegetables hadn't been washed or sanitized, and the food was bland. When we complained, we were rudely and aggressively told to season it ourselves with the salt and pepper provided on the table. They have no pest control; flies buzzed around the food. I ordered a lemonade, which turned out to be a glass of water with a slice of lemon, for which I paid over 4 euros. When I complained about the high price of the water with the lemon slice, the cashier or manager ignored me and rudely and arrogantly demanded full payment. They don't have a drinks menu with prices; this is a tourist trap. The menu description doesn't match what you get on your plate, and if you complain, you're treated rudely. I live in the USA, where customer service is very important and essential to a business's success. I've traveled to Lourdes several times with friends and family and have had much better experiences with local restaurants; unfortunately, this time it was awful.
