The wait staff for great. They made a few recommendations. Where to start? Well it seems reasonable to start the miso soup which I found to be quite good. This had a fairly authentic taste to it. Moving on, I tried tuna sushi roll as a salmon roll. The fish just did not seem all that great. Certainly edible, but just a average quality. I was a little disappointed. It was quite busy when we arrrved, with several large tables. We we seated away from all of the noise in a cozy booth. The food was very good. This place is perfect for meeting up with friends (here's looking at you Jose S and Nantisara!) for a bite to eat. Now, to be honest, it was my first full day back in Spain and the rest of my brain was trying desperately to catch up to the clock, and we arrived at the restaurant as they opened for lunch (around 1:00, which is ridiculously early for Spanish lunchtime). The menu is varied and there are lots of little options for personalizing your meal. What arrived at the table was a real treat - appetizers and main courses were delicious, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully presented. I definitely want to go back the next time I am in Valencia.
