We also order Les pintxos- a typically Basque with Fresh Ingredients piled up on toasted bread The Chèvre Miel was a creamy Goat cheese, drizzle of honey and sun dried tomatoes. Yup We also had the Chorizo & grilled Blue cheese It seriously was the best blue cheese I have ever had. For Tapas Rillettes de thon- Homemade tuna spread with olives & marinated anchovies. The anchovies seriously juscheemelted in your mouth. On the Plates & boards side of the menu we ordered... Cecina Et brebis truffle which is Salted cure beef from Leon, Spain and Black truffle sheep cheese & pine nuts Garlic bread and Serrano ham- Homemade garlic butter and 24 month cured Serrano ham. Nachos- Homemade guacamole, vintage cheese, salsa and peppers The nachos were made with seasoned chips that reminded me of cool ranch Doritos!
