When I arrived, one person explained how to order at the counter and held a booth for me (I'd been there before but forgot how that works). Another person came by several times while I was eating to give me a straw, and then napkins, and then a to-go cup for my drink. Everyone checked on me to make sure I was enjoying my food. The customer service was like what you'd expect at a fine dining establishment. The restaurant was busy at 1:30 pm on a holiday Monday, but was never loud and never felt crowded.
