If not that then a kiosk in the middle of the shopping mall. They don't carry as much as we are use to seeing here in the U.S. but they do have some interesting pastries that is particular to Australia like the boroh, a type of cream puff. They seem to have backed off of social media. Website is not accessible and the Facebook page has not been updated in a couple years. They are still in operation and you can get deliveries through Uber Eats and Doordash to name a few. With the terrific mass transportation there may not be much of a need for that as 85° Bakery is conveniently located at many stops. For me this location is convenient because Parramatta is the closest major train stop. Also it's not as busy as the ones in Sydney. The service is ok. It's an easy grab and go. When it is close to the end of the day the bakery will sell off many of its breads cheap. One day I happen to be there at the right time and bought 2 bags of different kinds for 80% off. I brought them back to share with my family and couldn't wait to have some for breakfast. When I got up the next day everyone had left for work, school where ever they needed to go. They must have love them because there was none left for me. Why is it called 85°? It is believed to be the optimal temperature to brew the best coffee.

It's essentially the same. They place the whole fruit into the tea and let the fruity flavors soak in with the tea. I'm not a huge fan of the orange flavor though. It's different from the orange flavor we have in the states. It's oddly sweet, but almost in an artificial way. The orange was very strong and I couldn't taste much of the tea. It reminded me of orangina. I see some similarities and differences. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't necessarily good in terms of not just 85 in the states, but drinks and bread in general.
